Tyla's first headline world tour was scheduled to open at Zénith Paris on 12 October 2026. The A*POP World Tour has 34 scheduled dates across Europe and the UK, North America and Africa, and it closes in Johannesburg on 9 January 2027. The schedule runs for about three months. Pollstar describes it as her first headlining tour, in support of her newest album.

The album, titled A*POP, was released on Friday 24 July, according to Official Charts. Pollstar and TimesLIVE both report that the tour was announced on Monday 27 July. Tickets went on sale in two rounds: an artist presale through Laylo on 29 July, and general sale through TylaWorld.com on 31 July, both at 10 a.m. local time.

34 dates across three regions, from October to January

The schedule breaks into three blocks. Europe and the UK run from 12 October to 1 November with 12 dates. North America runs from 12 November to 19 December with 19 dates. Africa has three dates, from 22 December to 9 January.

Paris opens the run, and Johannesburg closes it.

The blocks are separated by breaks. The European and UK leg ends on 1 November, and the North American leg begins 11 days later, on 12 November. The North American leg ends on 19 December, and the African dates begin three days later, on 22 December.

TimesLIVE reports that Tyla chose to end her first global headline tour in Cape Town and Johannesburg rather than in a major international entertainment capital. The final date is the Johannesburg show on 9 January 2027.

Twelve European and UK dates, starting at Zénith Paris

Zénith Paris is the first of the 12 European and UK shows. The rest of the leg, as listed by Official Charts and Pollstar, runs in this order: Amsterdam on 13 October at AFAS Live, London on 15 October at O2 Academy Brixton, Glasgow on 18 October at O2 Academy Glasgow, Manchester on 19 October at O2 Apollo Manchester, Brussels on 22 October at Forest National, Düsseldorf on 24 October at Mitsubishi Electric HALLE, Frankfurt on 25 October, Berlin on 27 October at Uber Eats Music Hall, Stockholm on 29 October at Annexet, Oslo on 30 October at Oslo Spektrum and Copenhagen on 1 November at K.B. Hallen.

Each date has a named venue in the listings. The Frankfurt show is at Stadthalle Offenbach.

The European leg is the densest part of the schedule. It packs 12 shows into 21 days, with the first five falling between 12 and 19 October. The leg covers eight countries, including the UK, and has three shows in Germany.

The European and UK block closes at K.B. Hallen in Copenhagen on 1 November, the last date before the North American leg begins 11 days later.

Four California dates on a 19-stop North American leg

North America opens on 12 November at Hard Rock Live in Wheatland, California. Official Charts and Pollstar both name Wheatland as the opening date of the leg, and they give the same venue for every North American date.

The other California stops are Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on 13 November, Viejas Arena in San Diego on 15 December, and the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles on 16 December. Four of the 19 North American dates are in California.

The rest of the leg runs through Vancouver on 15 November, Seattle on 17 November, Denver on 20 November, Chicago on 22 November, Boston on 25 November, Toronto on 26 November, Brooklyn on 28 November, Washington on 2 December, Tampa on 5 December, Atlanta on 6 December, Irving on 9 December, Houston on 10 December, Austin on 11 December and Phoenix on 14 December. The leg ends at Fontainebleau Las Vegas on 19 December, three days after the Los Angeles date.

Pollstar counts five non-Live Nation dates across the whole tour. Two of them are in this leg: San Francisco on 13 November and Washington, D.C. at The Anthem on 2 December.

“Paris opens the run, and Johannesburg closes it.”

Three African dates, and the Lagos date reported as removed

The African leg has three dates. Lagos was set for 22 December 2026, Cape Town for 4 January 2027, and Johannesburg for 9 January 2027. Pollstar and TimesLIVE name the Cape Town venue as Green Point Track and the Johannesburg venue as the Expo Centre in Nasrec. Official Charts lists the Cape Town and Johannesburg venues as to be announced.

Capital FM reports that the Lagos show has been removed from the tour's official ticketing and website. The removal followed online backlash over the announcement. A boycott campaign formed on Nigerian social media over reports of xenophobic tensions and attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.

Capital FM reports that one Nigerian activist posted a video threatening to mobilize his movement to physically block the concert if it went ahead. Other public figures were divided, and one activist argued that artists should not be held responsible for broader societal tensions.

Capital FM reports that neither Tyla nor her management has issued an official statement explaining the removal, and that it does not confirm whether the show is cancelled or postponed. Pollstar and Official Charts, both published on 27 July, list the Lagos date among their 34 dates. Capital FM says the Cape Town and Johannesburg dates remain on the schedule.

Two ticket rounds and the album behind the tour

The tour is named after A*POP, which Official Charts describes as Tyla's second LP. The album was released on Friday 24 July, according to Official Charts. Her 2024 debut peaked at Number 19 on the Official Albums Chart, the same source reports.

The tour was announced three days after the album's release, on Monday 27 July. The on-sale then ran in two steps. The artist presale, run through Laylo, opened on Wednesday 29 July at 10 a.m. local time, and fans sign up through the Laylo page. General sale through TylaWorld.com followed on Friday 31 July at 10 a.m. local time.

Pollstar says the tour follows Tyla's 2025 We Wanna Party Tour, which included a series of sold-out Asian dates. Pollstar Boxoffice reports give one example: Tyla sold out Ariake Arena in Tokyo on 11 November, grossing $1,173,026.

For readers tracking the tour, the Lagos date and the African venue names are the main points still open.
